Higher car and Black Japan Meet 8/23/09
Alot of stuff this weekend. I finally got around to RAISING my car. It was waay too dumped for Boston. Drove around 2 years like that and now with the new bumper the car sits even lower. Scraping on the slightest bumps. Raised all 4 about an inch.. about half a finger wheel gap as opposed to completely tucked.
Meeh The meet was ok. It was just alot of "under construction" hondas. My favorite had to be the widebody MR2. The location was GREAT though. I'm very impressed by the park, it's a beautiful park and very close to Boston. I think the guys that hosted this made a good choice on the park.
It was a good time with Kev and Nel though. Those 2 slaya DA's were rocking the OG style. Nelson's DA was probably one of the few complete Hondas there. Now if he cleaned up the engine bay to have it look clean and restored.. the car will be a complete OG class show whore.
I will definitely go to this park instead of Colt State from now on. Bella was a bit too hot and kept crawling under people's cars hehe.
